"Return was okayyy overall"
I had to return one of the items, and the refund took a few days to come through, which was a little annoyinggg. But support did get back to me and helped out, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Not perfect, but overall it went fine.

"Packed Well, Just a Lot of Extra Stuff"
The order showed up in good shape. The box itself was plain, nothing fancy, but I always look for the same things first: leaks, broken seals, or anything crushed. Everything passed that little checklist. The items were safe and sealed up well, so no real complaints there. I only took off one star because there was a bit more packing material than seemed necessary, and it was kind of annoying to deal with afterward.

"Reliable delivery every time"
I’ve ordered from DashVapes a few times now, the delivery has been solid each time. The tracking is easy to follow, and my packages have usually shown up right on the expected day. I’m always a bit nervous ordering stuff online because I hate losing time waiting around or dealing with missing packages, but so far there haven’t been any weird delays or issues. "Warranty Help That Honestly Saved My Sanity"
My vape started acting weird after only a few weeks and I was fully ready to be stressed out over it. I emailed DashVapes not expecting much, but they actually got back to me fast. They just asked for a couple details and handled the warranty without turning it into some huge nightmare. I can’t even explain how refreshing it is when support doesn’t make you jump through a million hoops. Huge relief and definitely appreciated

I’d heard from the community that this was a solid choice, they weren’t wrong. The product itself seems good so far. My only gripe is the shipping, it moved slower than I’m used to. Compared to other orders I’ve placed recently, this one definitely took a bit more patience.

I went into my local DashVapes last week to pick up some coils and juice, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions, which I really appreciated. They helped me figure out the right coils quickly, and that kind of service adds a lot of value. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were out of one flavour I wanted, and the line was a little slow. Still, overall it felt worth it, and I’ll probably be back.

Ordered from dashvapes and everything went pretty much how you’d hope. They emailed me when the order was packed and again when it shipped, and the tracking worked the whole time.
